Service Description

We will cover how we will work with you across Nutritional Coaching, Genetic Testing, and Functional Lab Testing. We will discuss how we determine dietary changes, supplement recommendations, and lifestyle changes.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours advanced notice. Cancellations inside of 48 hours will be assess a fee of 50% of the appointment fee.
