Service Description

I will respond to your email inquires and questions within 48 hours, and mostly within 8 hours. The time billed is the time required to address your question (research, etc), and type and send the email. It is billed in 10 minute increments. At the end of each month you will receive an updated invoice tally showing the charges for your email consultations. One line for each email.

Cancelation Policy

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours advanced notice. Cancellations inside of 48 hours will be assess a fee of 50% of the appointment fee.
