There is no end to "low histamine lists or diet books on the internet", and they focus on mostly the obvious issues and food groups. I wont waste your time or mine with that. However, many of the folks who struggle with high histamine, vasodilation, low blood pressure, end up on high animal protein diets to manage a host of gut related issues and thus high amounts of histadine and histamine.

I encourage you to explore animal protein sources, like NorthStar Bison - where the way they slughter and butcher the animal in a way intended to minimize the histamine build up found in typical methods. It has made a huge difference for some folks.
